I just got an answer from the Whole Foods bakery assuring me that their
gluten free breads are still available. I was told that all of their
gluten-free baked goods are made in Morrisville, NC. and shipped frozen. I
think my mistake was in assuming that the bread was made on site or was sold
fresh. I will try again. Thanks to all of you who offered suggestions and
support.
