This is Kristine one more time.  I know it is hard to believe but I did not bake before adding ingredients.  It did not turn out chewy.  I ordered my potato flour from Bob's Red Mill ( no interest in Co.).  I have been asked where to find it.  If everyone could share where they got theirs it would help.  I have had many interested in the recipe.  I hope it works out for many to enjoy one of America's favorite foods.
