Hi,
I am a 67 year old who was diagnosed one year ago after at least 15 years of being treated for IBS. Have gained 20 lbs since going on this diet and trying to ignore all the sweets at this time.  I have Osteoporosis  but doing very well on Fosomax and so side effects.   I need incouragement to travel though. We would like to go to Bermuda, any restaurants or Hotels suggested would be appreciated.  Enjoying all the responsis and thank you all.  Nancy Schaefer
