Dear Everyone,
could anyone recommend some brands of egg substitutes and tips on how to
use them in cooking/baking? I can't eat soy or corn either and does this
eliminate some egg substitutes?

Also, does a baking powder exist which is GF and soy + corn free ? Will I
just have to go buy the non-flour ingredients separately and if so how do I
do that?

Thanks,

Dan
