Hi, Everyone,

I have an older Oster bread machine which does not have a gluten-free cycle. I called Oster and they said I can make GF bread in this unit but they can give me no information on doing this. Does anyone have an older Oster Bread machine who has used it to make GF Bread? My machine is probably over 10-12 years old.Oster Bread and Dough Maker- Model #5843.
