gluten content of Boca Foods products.

Boca Burgers contain trace levels of gluten due to a small amount of
defatted wheat germ contained in one of our ingredients.  Each 2.5 oz burger
contains only .014 grams of gluten.  Each individual, with their health
practitioner, must make their own determination about whether or not they
can tolerate eating Boca Burgers.

Other Boca Foods products (Boca Breakfast Patties and Links and Boca Tenders
and Nuggets) contain some wheat gluten and should be avoided by people with
gluten sensitivity.
