I'm trying to set up one of my info sessions on CD to include some
medical professionals and would like to run it as a Q-and-A session.
The overall procedure would be to ask CD'ers what kinds and levels of
support they need from doctors/dietitians, and then reverse the
process, asking the professionals what they "need" from patients and
what they can offer them. Any suggestions? Have you tried anything
like this? Is there a questionnaire or brochure available that
anybody's used? How do you navigate the transition from a specialist
diagnosing doc to your own family doctor? Tip, hints, cautions,
anyone? Medical professionals, would you rather get a CD with a lot
of information about CD or a good case history with links to
appropriate information?

Thanks,
