My son (9) used to LOVE eating nachos and melted velveeta cheese.
Unfortunately, since it's not gluten free, he can no longer enjoy this treat.

Could someone PLEASE give me some commercial dips/cheese sauces, and/or give
some recipes that would taste the same (or at least close) ?????
