Dear Listmembers:

If you have one of these in your locale, be sure to check it out.

I called the chef in advance, although that proved unnecessary.  The waiter was very helpful with suggested substitutes, including GF pasta in a wonderful tomato sauce, a wonderful salad (no croutons, please), salmon with braised spinach.  They offer chicken and other meat entrees, which possibly can be tailored for you.

I have no financial interest in this organization.  I'm just a happy customer.
