Hi! I just wanted to share a great experience
that I had last night at Stir Crazy. I talked to
the one of the managers as well as the kitchen
managers... They recently changed some menu
items and possibly some ingredients... It turns
out the only sauce they believe to be gluten-free
is the black bean oyster sauce. I chose the
Create-A-Stir as my meal, requesting unmarinated
meat be used. They rinsed the wok several times
and srubbed it a bit... I picked my vegetables
from the "buffet-style" area (being careful not
to choose canned items like the water chestnuts,
just in case). They do have some similiar sauce
in this area but this is not the sauce; the
chefs have it with the cooking oil. I had a
great meal and my waiter and the two managers
couldn't have been more accomodating!
