Just thought I would post some info on Wasabi, I had lunch at my
favorite suhi bar today, checked the ingredients list on his powdered
wasabi and it contained  mustard and artificial flavorings.

I have a can of wasabi from Eden Foods, imported from japan, the
ingredients listed are:
wasabi,horseradish and gardenia. It is a very fine powder, does anyone
know if this is GF, as the manufacturer is in Japan, I dont think I 'd
have much luck calling them.
