	As to the Green Bean Casserole, I've had several people write to ask  
the measurement for the Xanthan gum ...it seems it didn't translate  
so it was legible.

I used 1/2 tsp of Xanthan gum for 2 packets of Lipton Cup o Soup  
chicken flavor..
