RE: Nutritionists/Naturopaths/Chiropractors

I've heard a couple of list members mention going to Chiropractors who are
also Naturopaths/Nutritionists.

How do you find such doctors?    I've seen Chiropractors, but none that are
all three of these rolled into one. Dr.

I live in Chicago, if anyone knows of any.

Can you get health insurance to pay for these type of doctor visits?
