I will be in Kansas City/ Independance for a few days in July.

Could you recommend any restaurants (especially lower cost) where I can
get a dairy-free meal?  (I'm healthier without  gluten, and my family
cannot have gluten, but I don't think I'm celiac.  Dairy is my worst
problem.)

Are there any good health food stores in Independance or in KC near
there?
