Hello Everyone. I'm researching gluten-free bakeries and stores that carry
gluten-free items in the U.S. and Canada. If you know of one, would you
please send me as much information as you have? Like the name, location,
city, state, phone number, perhaps the person who owns it? I would
appreciate it. I will post to this listserve the lists once I have
compiled it.
Based on people's requests, the book Waiter, is there wheat in my Soup? is
being expanded to include bakeries and stores for gluten-free shopping
while traveling, or in your own neighborhood. I hope you are as excited
about this addition as I am.
Each day more and more services are being available and awareness is being
raised. Everyone working toward the same goal (The fabulous people on this
li
stserve, CDF, GIG, CSA, CCAS, the awesome local support groups, the
research groups, authors, manufacturers, etc) are clearly making it happen :-
) My best to you all. LynnRae www.whatnowheat.com
