<< However, I tested 1/8 tsp of it [darifree] tonight, and I am experiencing
 a possible gluten reaction >>

I just want to say that I am not affiliated with this company, but I have
been very happy with the product. My son has been drinking Darifree for 12
months, and has never had the slightest reaction. He is horribly sensitive
to even a minute trace of gluten (severe diarrhea within hours that lasts for
days).

Obviously, individuals vary. You need to decide for yourself. But since my
son is allergic to soy, corn, egg, dairy, fruits, and nuts in addition to
having a problem with gluten, I think that it is possible that there may have
been something else that you ingested besides the Darifree that caused the
reaction.

Still, as with anything, wait a few days and try again. I have learned what
my family can eat through "trial and terror"...

The calcium in the Darifree has been a really important part of my son's
nutritional package. Hope it works out for you.

Please do let me know how this works out. Also, I'd like to hear from anyone
else who's had a reaction.
