Gefen has made a g/f tapioca cakes snack. Comes in almond and honey
almond flavors.  Ingred: granulated tapioca, sugar, almond flavoring,
honey.
Tel: (718)436-4685. Nice gentleman assured me no gluten as the almond
flavoring had polyglycol as a base. It is a Passover product and will
only be in the  stores until the beginning of April. I haven't tasted it
yet. It has no fat, is 50 calories for 5 mini cakes, 4gr sugar and 13 gr
carbos.
