Hi Laura and all,
There are quite a few No Milk sites and a No Milk list that can probably
explain better than I what happens to milk when it is refined. Search
allergies to milk/dairy/casein/lactose.
In a nutshell, raw milk products are safer for our health than milk that
has been refined ie: pasteurized, homogenized, hormones and antibiotics
added, Bovine Growth Hormone added in some cases, etc.
Diabetes has been linked to the consumption of milk products.

All the best,
Susan
