Hi Kathy~ Pizza is one of those notorious trouble foods for diabetics.
You've got the high carb crust, the fat & protein of the cheese &
toppings.
It tends to zing out (how's that for a medical term?) the bg levels &
keep them there.

I've tried the pizza you are referring to & the crust was ok... I just
followed the directions on the package. The trick is to not eat much of
it (read the serving size & the carb values).
