I don't know why, but I seem to have had good luck when it comes to calling
companies about gluten.  Hormel and Hellmans(Best Foods) and Thai Kitchen
have been quite helpful and seemed to immediately know what gluten is. Maybe
I caught them on a good day.  Anyway, good luck to you as well.
