Hey Gang - My daughter and I found a perfect substitute for the graham
cracker in "S'Mores". I bought them at Whole Foods: Health Valley original
Rice Bran Crackers. (We thought with the name cracker they would be salty
but they aren't they are sweet, but not overly so - like a graham cracker.)
They are about 1" by 1.5" rectangle with a flowery pattern stamped on them.
The great part is they don't crumble - even when camping! Just roast your gf
marshmellow, add the chocolate and rice bran cracker - and YUM!!

(In the past we tried making graham crackers from betty hagman's book - I
don't know about you, but she thought they were YUCK!)

If any one has any more camping ideas, please pass them along - Amy G,
Chicago, IL area, USA
