Does any one have either of these two books:

Gluten-Free Kids by Victoria P. Lawrence
Living Healthy with Celiac Disease

If you have either one, please tell me what you think of them. Would you
recommend buying these books? Are the recipes relatively uncomplicated?
Do your kids like the foods?

My 4 1/2 year old daughter has been wheat free for exactly one year. Now
that I've gotten down the basics, I feel like I need to try to expand her
diet.

P.S. I recently found a great brown rice penne pasta by Tinkyada. It cooks
up just like wheat past and has a great flavor. It's 100 times better than
the corn and other rice pastas I've tried to feed my daughter before. Even
my wheat loving husband will eat it! I've found it at Puget Sound Consumers
Co-Op (PCC) in the Seattle area and by mail-order at the Gluten Free
Pantry.
