Hello All,
My first post to the list. My five-year old daughter was diagnosed with
Celiac last week. I am frantically trying to come up to speed on all I need
to know to feed her.

Does anyone know of a GF-free Ketchup?

Are there any kid friendly or fast-food restaraunts that have some GF
choices?

Also, can anyone recommend a good brand -- or a good recipie -- for GF-free
Mac and Cheese. She likes the corn macaroni I found in our local health food
store, but is Kraft Singles ok to make the cheese sauce from? She doesn't
like real cheddar.
