Hi. I live in New York State. My 8 year old son eats one hot lunch a week prepared at school by the cafeteria staff. They make him a pizza I buy from Foods by George and they provide salad, peaches and milk. I have recently learned that other parents have similar arrangements with one key difference: the school pays for the pizza. I have been supplying the pizza at my cost AND paying for the lunch as a starch, protein and vegetable is considered a complete lunch. Does anyone else out there have a similar arrangement? If anyone else has a school district purchase specialty GF foods can you tell me how that works?

Thanks,
Emily
