My 2 year old, GF son and I will be spending a week on Grand Bahamas Island
next month. We'll be staying in a condo and will have access to a kitchen
but I was wondering if anyone else has attempted to keep kiddos on a gluten
free diet in the Bahamas.

I hadn't been too worried since my previous, pre-child, roughing-it travels
in the Carribean showed me wonderful local diets of rice, beans, fresh
fruit and seafood. I'd been assuming that the Bahamas would be similar but
people who've been there tell me it's not -- lots of breaded and fried
stuff (the British influence plus proximity to the US perhaps).

Any experiences would be welcome.
