Hi Judi,

I just read your posting to Cel-Kids.

I was concerned when you mentioned Sami's Bread, particularly flax and millet.
Awhile back there was a lot of controversy about the breads at Sami's as testing revealed very heavy gluten contamination on independent testing. It is not a dedicated facility and significant gluten was getting into their products.

This may have been corrected by now and their products cleared.
You might want to check to see if this is safe for your child to eat.
You can Google for basic info. and take it from there.

I am celiac for 20 years and other members in my family also diagnosed. We had a similar problem years ago with DeLand Bakery in Fla. The FDA was brought in and they are no longer able to call their breads "gluten free".
Hope this info. is helpful to you.
Carol
