Nope,

SecState is Janet's!  She spent a semester in Finland and traveled
extensively through Europe....  Can we get Deri on board by getting him
elected PM of Great Britain?  He'd be as easy for us to work with as Blair
was for Bush!  Mike, any other cabinet post is yours - how about Homeland
Security.  That was my original thought for Kyle....
