Texas politicians are so much like Charles Durning's song in "Best Little
Whorehouse in Texas". They will do a little side step. Our budget is going to
hell in a hand basket. I had lunch with a friend who is Director of the School of
Music at UT Wednesday. He's had to lay off 7 people. It's tough.
