Hi, Ken,

Re: problem number one, you should see a neurologist to rule out any neuro
problems such as a mini-stroke.  You could have a form of asphasia, the
inability to speak.

As for problem number two, that's normal and happens to everyone as they get
older; I have that problem myself, and it's no big deal.
