(I'm apologize for not taking this seriously at first as the subject line 
still referred to Ken's joke).

I suggest you see your doctor as we are not doctors and only a doctor can 
diagnose your symptoms properly.  You could have anything from an ulcer to 
diverticulitis so you probably need to see a GI specialist.
