You know it's interesting you should say that because for several years, my 
mother would talk about being sad at the fact that the statute of 
limitations had run out for suing the doctor who delivered me.  I *never* 
wanted to do such a thing and after she died, I finally realized my reaction 
was due to the fact that I didn't feel broken at all, so why sue to fix it?

I was not an RH-negative baby but a 3-month preemie whose birth weight was 
just under 2 pounds.  My mother would always talk about the fact that they 
had to have me baptized the day after I was born because they didn't expect 
me to survive.  Well, here I am 55 years on .... ;)
