he has real estate. he left oweing rent and took
furnishings from the rental plus a lot of damage. the
judge looked at photos and a list of things he took
plus the rent and gave me a 4640+220 court cost
judgment. total 4860 plus some change. the guy talks
to me once on the phone and disappeared.
