Hi Mags,

  If your Windows had a hiccup try this

Open browser.

Then open another page; then using sizing feature for that 2nd page, drag on 
all corners and fill screen. Open a few more pages like that.

Then, using X, close the last window opened, then  previous and so on. Then 
re-open browser.

On newly opened page, right click on a link within that page, and it should 
open to full size in a 2nd window.
