I'd bet the pain/no pain thing is related to how well you're positioned in
your chair.  Some days you might hit it "right," others you don't, or you
may shift over the course of the day.  A good seating eval could help that a
lot.  If I'm not seated well, I get low back and leg pain, and will probably
end up looking at custom seating with my next chair, which is due in
August.  I'm considering an IBOT, if I can sell it to the insurance company!

A friend sent me a link to a really cool "tricked out" chair.  It's worth a
look, although I wish they'd shown it in action!
