Most of those the folks working here such as in the citrus industry already
have social security numbers, someone elses.  Can't get a job legally
without one.  So, in essence they are paying taxes and reaping few of the
benefits.

What we should do, I think, is make those people, human beings, not
aliens... Then you give them a security card and you can track them.
People seem to forget that many of these people do the jobs that nobody else
want to do.  Otherwise your grocery  bill would be far higher than it is.
Your hotel bill would need adjusting too.
