Are you involved in politics or know what's happening in the world? Do your
parents take you out to vote in elections? If not, I'd suggest talking to
them to see what can be arranged. As a person with a disability, you have
the right to say to who is in government and who's responsible for programs
you use. 

To answer your question, Barack Obama and Jo Biden who are Democrats running
against John McCain who's a Republican. We don't as yet know who John
McCain's running mate is, we should know by the end of this week.
