Happy.exe has been around for awhile and is usually sent by people without
them knowing about it.  Luckily, it doesn't do any major damage it just
keeps replicating itself and is a nuisance.
It is very easy to clear from your computer.

When I attempted to download Happy99.exe my Norton Utilities warned me that
this was a virus. It is very important to have a good virus check which is
updated.
