Rrachel,

No need to apologize for asking. That's why we're here. I've had abdominal
pain that turned out to be related to a gastrointestinal (GI) problem that
was also at least tangentially related to my physical disabilities.

As Kyle said, Bentyl can be very helpful, but it can also slow down your
gut (at least it did mine), so it's not a panacaea. I agree that seeing
your primary care doc and possibly a gastroenterologist would be a good
idea. Baclofen can also contribute to constipation, so it might be part of
the problem, so let whoever you see know about it, and the dosage you're
taking.

This page can give you some information on baclofen to talk to your doctor
about:

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
