Hi,

  The only reason I can see for 400 miles is for trips but then I think
most people go more than 400 miles in a day on a trip. I go 250 miles
and then fill the car up - and I don't see why you can't just plug your
car in at night. Let's face it most cars spend their lives sitting
somewhere waiting for us. Or at least mine does - its parked in a lot or
the driveway.
