Thanks for your suggestion about tying rather than cutting the muscle.  Like
you said this allows for a lot more options and I may talk to the dr. about
it.

The part of your message that scares me is the idea of having the surgery
repeated.  I have had several surgeries over the past couple years and all
have been successful.  Thank God for this because the idea of repeating any
of them scares me to death.
