I'm a young 55, coping with CP that seems to be getting worse as I age.  I have mild CP, diplegia, that has never slowed me down from anything. Lately, I am stiff and my gait feels like the tin man.  I am interested in long term prognosis, tips for staying active, information on new medical procedures, medicines, etc. My doctor suggests Botox.  A little nervous.  Anyone my age had experience with you? Can you share info, please. Thank you.
