it is great that Stefan will have a chance. in the not so distant past many
a bright person inside a body that was impaired spent their lives in
institutions or worse.
  we must continue to fight for more progress so that all gets the life they
deserve.



  He is a feisty little guy now who cannot
crawl, walk, talk or feed himself, but who communicates with his eyes and
face and has shown us that there is a bright little person in there just
waiting to come out.  Thank you for allowing us a glimpse into your world.
