Almost all of the "little towns on the way to Cleveland" like to make money

That's a couple of cities up, I basically grew up in Strongsville and Berea.
Isn't Lyndhurst the little town on the way to Cleveland that likes to make
money by stopping people and writing a lot of tickets.
