I'm 26 with fairly mild spastic diplegia...independently
ambulatory...I've been battling hip tendonitis for about 5 years now.
Usually it hits my hip flexors and adductors...Was hoping the hamstring
lengthening surgery I had this summer would alleviate the problem, but
two weeks after casts were removed and I was walking again, I got it
again! It's finally subsiding now, but only due to extensive stretching
and good old pain meds. Docs don't seem to have many suggestions to
combat this whole repeating scenario. Anyone have any helpful hints?

Linda
