What venue would be chose when the defense says they can't get a fair trail
because of publicity? Hey I know lets just give them to texas.  Just
kidding.

I think Alabama will waive all trial rights to Virginia and Maryland; same
with DC.  The two states will end up duking it out over jurisdiction rights.

Here's what I think will happen:

1) Muhammad and Malvo will be tried in Maryland, and then very likely a
trial
will be held in Virginia.

2) Then Alabama and DC can try them for the murders there.

None of this would be double jeopardy as these are separate crimes or
separate
murders all performed in different locations and at different times.
