Hi,

I don't think a new list is necessary, just some planning. How about if we
send our information to the list and to a single person, so that we can all
get some ideas of what our needs are. We can also make up a questionnaire of
what our needs are and what we would like to do when we get together.

For example, I don't need a handicap room, would be happy to share a room
with another woman. I would need a low floor if we met over the weekend as I
am an orthodox Jew and can't use an elevator on my Sabbath. I would be
bringing most of my own food since I am strictly Kosher. :-))
