you remember that i told you about the guy that moved out after damaging my rental and seemingly disappeared. well i got notice that the county is putting some real property that he owned on the auction block and after taxes i may actually get paid something. i guess it depends on if there is a mortgage and how much property tax he owes and how much the land sales at auction. i hope they get top dollar and there is money left for him. i have no wish for his harm.
