Greetings and Salutations! (Gee- can't believe Bobby or Kyle missed out on
saying this to our new Alien friend!)

Welcome Tae-Sung Shin. As to your excercise questions, I've been wondering
about this myself lately. I have never heard of weight training for people
with cp. In fact several doctors told me any sort of weight or nautilus
machines would be counter-productive. They told me NOT to use them when I
was thinking about joining a gym.

I have no problem with strength. My muscles are like steel! Even when I was
a kid, a full-grown man had trouble fighting with my ham-strings and getting
them to stretch out. I know weight training is suppose to increase your
endurance so your muscles would fatigue less, but what about flexibility?
