they don't expect that a democrat will ever forget anything that can be used to beat them over the head with. they are trying to not give anything else to complain about. 

of a truth there were major failires in the democrat mayors and governors handling of katrina and the only thing remembered or reported was how the bush admin had failed. 

sometimes i want to puke looking at it.
