Hi Linda,

Just a little too rigid for my taste.

How do you know if "God's Plan" for that 'life' is that it should last less 
than nine months, and any intervention by man to extend that life is 
explicitly against God's intention? And, further, man's intervention to 
terminate the 'life' before 9 months is aiding his intention.

PS Re. doctors gloomy prognoss for CP babies. Its pretty obvious that its good 
psychology to do this (as well as defensive litigation practice!!). Suppose 
the question a parent of a "normal" baby asked was "Will little Johnny grow 
up to be as good a playwrite as Shakespeare?" the only rational answer would 
be "Probably not" - a gloomy prognosis but in no way stopping Johnny becoming 
better than Shakespeare.
